These are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods and will govern any contract for sale that Microlog Limited enter into with you the customer. Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly and print and retain a copy for your records.

Terms

Prices on the site are displayed in £sterling and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. Payment may be made by all major credit cards or by sending a cheque / postal order. In order that you can enter into a contract to buy goods from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom.

Sending an order to us will constitute an offer from you to buy the specified goods. No contract is formed between us and we are not obliged to supply goods to you until we confirm our acceptance of your order and at this point the contract is made.

Ownership of goods will not pass to you until you have paid for the goods. If we should find that market conditions at the date of supply mean that the price of the goods ordered has increased then we reserve the right to contact you with the revised price for the goods and give you the option of proceeding with the contract at the revised price or cancelling the order. All orders placed with us are subject to availability

Delivery

Our standard Delivery charge is £5.95(except for selected larger items). This charge will be added automatically to your order dependant on the products you have ordered and the delivery address you have supplied. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods to you by the date indicated though this date is intended as an estimate and is not the essence of the contract. If we cannot deliver the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract and ask for a refund of any money paid.

Descriptions

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued on the website shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the goods correspond in every respect with the description provided on the site we are not responsible for minor variations in specification, colour or in any other design feature and no such minor variations shall entitle you to rescind the contract.

Receipt of goods

You should examine the goods upon receipt and determine if they were damaged prior to delivery. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you .

Liability

If you are a business (or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes) we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Cancellation

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract (other than for video, audio or software products which have been unsealed or used by you) and receive a refund. You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel the contract at the address given below within seven working days from the day the goods were delivered to you. You have the right to cancel this contract in this time period for no reason at all and without penalty. In order to exercise this right you are obliged to return the goods to us at your own cost and you should note that you will be liable for any damage caused to the goods whilst in transit on the return journey. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you. If you notify us of your desire to cancel the contract you are legally required to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your cost to the relevant address. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of such cancellation or if you ask us we can collect the goods from you again at your cost.

Law

Any contract that is formed between us is formed in England and is governed by English Law. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. You understand that, you have been given the opportunity to examine the Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Company.
