2 remote support incidents per month - a remote support incident is where an engineer takes
control of your PC to resolve problems.

We can remotely test your computer for physical problems, remove viruses and spyware. Clean
up and tune up your PC.  Resolve problems with device drivers & startup items.

Remote support requires a working Internet connection and does not include any on site visits.
Not all virus / spyware infections can be removed remotely. Any physical repairs or replacement
of hardware would need to be carried out at our workshop.
